Delivery formats

Choose how you clear the columns.

The budget clash curriculum is the same across every format; what changes is the pace and the room. Whether you prefer a live cohort, a self-paced track, or a corporate workshop for your finance operations team, each option pairs AI tools — ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude — with practical budget management, expense tracking and reporting hygiene. Prices below are indicative SGD ranges for vocational training and describe tuition only, not a promise of savings or specific financial outcomes.

Live cohort

Our flagship format. Small groups of up to twelve learners work through the budget columns together, running scored budget drills with live facilitator feedback. Ideal if you want accountability and the honest cohort review that sharpens cash flow clarity and reconciliation discipline. Sessions run weekday evenings at the CT Hub, Kallang.

SGD 620–1,080 per column

Self-paced

Work through the same AI workflows and finance operations material on your own schedule, with structured drills you submit for asynchronous marking. Suited to independent learners who want to build financial planning literacy and repeatable AI finance processes without fixed evenings. Includes access to the drill library and written feedback.

SGD 360–640 per column

Weekend intensive

Two focused days that compress a single column — usually expense classification or reporting hygiene — into an immersive format. You leave with a working AI categorisation or AI-assisted reporting routine and a documented checklist. Best for busy professionals who prefer to concentrate their learning into one weekend at the Kallang centre.

SGD 540–880 per intensive

Corporate workshop

A private cohort for your finance team, tailored to your chart of accounts and month-end close support needs. We adapt the scored budget drills to your accounts payable workflow and management reporting, on-site or at CT Hub. Scoped by headcount and objectives; a compliance-minded finance process is built in from the first session.

SGD 3,800–9,500 per engagement

1:1 skills review

A focused one-to-one session that reviews your current AI finance dashboards, forecasting workflows or reconciliation routine against the budget clash rubric. You get candid, specific guidance on AI output quality and finance process improvement, plus a short written summary of next steps you can act on immediately.

SGD 180–320 per session

Alumni Q&A

An ongoing forum for graduates to keep momentum after the capstone. Monthly clinics cover new AI tools, prompt engineering updates and questions about applying repeatable AI finance processes to real spend control problems. A low-cost way to stay current and keep treasury visibility disciplined as your finance operations evolve.
